By using the site or asking us to begin a scoping conversation, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not send a brief.
Who we are
System Canvaspoint is a studio that writes retention reviews, first-run walkthroughs, trial-window readings, and lean measurement plans for meditation, movement, sleep, and nutrition apps. We are not a medical practice, a software house, or a payment institution. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise that an app will improve anyone’s health.
Assessments, not goods on a shelf
Each assessment is a professional service with a start week, a written deliverable, and an end. A page on this site that describes a fee is informational. A contract exists only when we send a written confirmation of scope, fee, and dates, and you return a written acceptance (email is enough). Until that exchange, either party may walk away without charge.
You remain responsible for the app you ask us to read, for recruiting interviewees, and for stripping names, emails, and health values from any export before it reaches us. We will refuse files that contain identifiable health records and may end the engagement if they arrive twice.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, layout, and mark belong to System Canvaspoint. You may quote short passages with a link to the source. You may not copy an assessment brief or a field note as if it were your own.
The written review we deliver to a paying client is licensed to that client for internal use, including sharing with employees and with advisors under confidence. It is not a public endorsement of the app. We retain the right to keep our working notes. We will not publish a client’s name or product name without written permission, except where the law requires it.
You keep all rights in your app, your event names, and your exports. We do not acquire a licence to operate or sell your product.
Acceptable use of the site
You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or send us personal data of your users that we have not asked for. Do not use the site to solicit medical or emergency help.
Liability
The site and the assessments are provided with reasonable care. We do not warrant that a review will increase return, membership, or session finish. Decisions you take after reading a review — including changes to reminders, paywalls, or permissions — remain yours.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost memberships, lost profits, or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Malaysia.
Third-party sites and images
Pages may link to other sites or display photographs from public image sources. Those sources have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you accept an engagement is the version that applies to that engagement. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms for website use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from an assessment, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
