A short list of event names worth keeping for a health app — enough to read return and session finish, not so many that you collect a second copy of someone’s body.

Health and wellness apps drift toward recording everything a sensor will give. Heart-rate streams, itemised meals, mood tags by the hour — most of that never answers whether someone came back. It does raise the cost of a leak.

A lean measurement plan is a two-week pass at the event list. We keep counts that describe return, session start, session finish, reminder opens, and permission outcomes. We cut counts that duplicate a clinical record, that store a photo of a plate, or that name a diagnosis.

You receive a table of event names, a plain-language definition for each, and a page on what must never sit in the same export. One working session is included to walk the table with engineering and with whoever holds your privacy note.

This is not a software installation. We do not plug into a warehouse. We leave you a list you can implement, ignore, or argue with.
