The figures below are starting points for work done from Kuala Lumpur. A scoping conversation is the only way to a firm quote. Travel outside the Klang Valley, a second market, extra interview rounds, or a rush that displaces another booking will change the number.
We do not take a cut of memberships. We do not bill by “seats.” If the brief is a live health or wellness app and a month you can export, we can usually name a fee within a week of the scoping call.

The scoping conversation is not billed. If we decline the work — the app makes a diagnostic claim we will not sit beside, or the export cannot be stripped of names — you owe nothing.
What moves a quote
- Whether event names already distinguish “opened” from “finished”
- Whether interviews are yours to recruit, and how quickly they arrive
- English only, or a Bahasa Malaysia first-run as well
- One market or two
- Printed copies and an in-person read-aloud versus a call
A meditation membership with a clean export and eight interviews already booked sits near the starting figure. A food log that stores photos and has never named a “meal saved” event sits higher, because week one is spent cutting the list down.
How payment runs
A forty percent deposit holds the start week. The remainder is due when the written review, walkthrough, or table is delivered. Bank transfer in ringgit is the usual method. We are not a shop counter; there is no card form on this site.

If you only need an hour
We do not sell a cheap hour as a substitute for a review. If you have a single permission prompt you want walked, the first-run walkthrough is the honest brief. If you want a month read, it is the retention review. Mixing the two in a single afternoon produces a polite conversation and a weak document. We would rather wait until the brief is the size of the work.
